No politics today. I had something else entirely in mind today, something fairly simple, as usual, I am after not a skilled Photoshopper, mostly cut and paste, apply some overlays here, a gradient there, etc.

But instead, there was a bombing in Oslo and an attack on a camp of Norwegian youths. A Norwegian youth that, albeit ignorant social-democrats, is still kin. At least 7 died instantly in the bombings, with many more gravely injured and as many as 30 have been shot at the youth-camp.

The hearts and minds of me and all I know go out to Norway on this day, for which I made this. I realize that not all appreciated the Swedish-Norwegian Union, but perhaps one day, we can look back upon it again, in a new light.

It is no secret that I am a supporter of a Scandinavian union, but union or not, Sweden and Norway are brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers. We are inseparable, not just by geography and mountains, but by culture, blood and history.

Swedish-Norwegian kinship; forever.
